MSR Inc ("Ready Set Own," "we," "us") provides business ownership advisory services and growth systems, including franchise consulting, business acquisition guidance, funding strategy, growth and operations consulting, exit and expansion planning, and done-for-you marketing and automation services — websites, sales funnels, VSLs, Google Ads and PPC, Google Local Services Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, SEO and local "near me" search, business listings, review and reputation management, email sequences, CRM setup and automated workflows, AI chatbots and AI voice agents, and call and lead tracking.

We collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:

• Contact details you submit — name, email, phone, and any message or business context you include in an inquiry or chat.
• Scheduling details — if you book a strategy session, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, and meeting preferences.
• Assessment and survey responses — if you complete the FranMent assessment (Zorakle) or our survey, those responses are collected by those platforms.
• Client business data — if you engage us for services, information needed to deliver them, such as business details, pricing, brand assets, and access to advertising, analytics, CRM, listing, or website accounts you authorize.
• Communications data — emails, SMS, form submissions, chatbot conversations, and, where a service includes it and the law permits, call recordings and transcriptions.
• Basic technical and marketing data — server and log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source, and advertising or conversion identifiers used to measure campaign performance.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations.
• To deliver the advisory, marketing, automation, and technology services you request.
• To measure and improve campaign, website, and lead performance.
• To send follow-ups or updates related to your inquiry. You can opt out at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and our systems.
• To meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted third parties to run this business. Each processes only what it needs to perform its function, under its own privacy policy:

• Website hosting, database, and email infrastructure for form submissions and notifications.
• Calendly for scheduling strategy sessions.
• Zorakle / FranMent for the business ownership assessment.
• Our survey platform for survey responses.
• Advertising and search platforms such as Google and Meta for campaigns and conversion measurement.
• CRM, email/SMS, call tracking, analytics, review management, and AI providers used in our services.
• Payment processors for billing.

Clicking a link to an external tool takes you to that provider's site, where its terms and privacy policy apply. We do not control these third parties.

Some services include call tracking, call recording or transcription, SMS messaging, automated follow-up, and AI chatbots or voice agents. Where a call is recorded, we provide notice as required by applicable law. Marketing emails and texts are sent only where permitted, and every message includes a way to opt out.

AI tools may process conversation and business information to respond, summarize, or route inquiries. AI output can contain errors and should not be relied on as legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.

The site uses cookies and local storage needed for it to function, and may use analytics or advertising tags to understand traffic and measure conversions. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Third-party tools linked from this site (such as scheduling or assessment platforms) set their own cookies on their own domains.

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business, tax, and legal recordkeeping needs. You may request deletion at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email Maria@franment.com and we will respond promptly.

If you engage us for marketing or automation services, you are responsible for maintaining your own legally compliant privacy policy and disclosures, and for obtaining any consent required from your customers, prospects, or employees before we contact them on your behalf.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including access controls on our systems and database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
